Thank you for shopping at Kamilé. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the 7-day appreciation period. Please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name(s) for return
- Reason for return
📌 Return Requests & Important Notes
- Please record a video of the unboxing process to protect your rights and serve as proof.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ensure that all items (product, packaging, accessories, gifts, etc.) are securely packed.
- Return window:
- Convenience store pickup: Day 1 starts the day after pickup
- Home delivery: Day 1 starts the day after delivery (including concierge collection)
📦 Conditions for Accepting Returns
- Items must be brand new, unopened, and in original packaging.
- If your remaining order value falls below the gift threshold after return, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.
- If the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
🚫 Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- Product has been opened, used, or is missing parts
- Return not completed within the specified period
- Return request made after the 7-day appreciation period
- Product damage due to human error or misuse
- Return item does not match original order
- Intimate wear (e.g., sleepwear) is non-returnable unless defective
- Minor issues like loose threads, uncut buttonholes, 1–2cm size differences, or small marks are not considered defects
💰 Return Process & Refund Method
- After the returned item is confirmed to meet the return policy, refunds will be processed.
- Credit card: Refund to original card within 7–14 business days (depends on the bank)
- Other payment methods: Refund will be issued as store credit to your Kamilé account
🌍 Return Policy for Offshore & Remote Areas
- Convenience store returns and home pickup services are not available
- Please contact customer service and ship the item back yourself. Return must be completed within 3 days of shipment (based on postmark date)
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:
- Your Kamilé account username
- Clear photo of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Our customer service team will assist you promptly.
🔄 Exchange Policy
To simplify the process, we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for any desired items after your return is processed.
⚠️ Additional Notices
- If you have a history of malicious returns or three or more missed pickups, we reserve the right to suspend your shopping privileges.
